1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

2. Counter-Notification

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material after at least 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, ProBids LLC will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers when appropriate. Repeat infringers are users who have multiple verified copyright infringement notices on our Site or Services.

4. General Guidelines

• We do not pre-screen user content but will remove content promptly upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice.
• ProBids LLC does not assume any liability for user-uploaded content but reserves the right to remove, edit, or disable access to content at our discretion.
• Any false or fraudulent claims of copyright infringement may result in legal consequences.
